Robert Hale

Robert Hale has a extensive and diverse work experience. Robert started their career as a Project Engineer at Marriott International in 1990 and then moved on to work at Walt Disney Imagineering as a Senior Construction Manager from 1993 to 2002. During their time at Disney, Hale managed design and construction projects, overseeing budget, schedule, and quality.

In 2002, Hale joined T&G Constructors as the Vice President of Operations and Preconstruction, where they managed Design-Build and Construction Management projects. Robert reorganized the company into separate business units to handle larger projects while maintaining competitiveness in smaller projects. Under their leadership, T&G Constructors was recognized as the fastest-growing company in Central Florida in 2004.

Hale then worked at Ginn Development International as the Vice President and later as the Vice President/COO from 2004 to 2007. Robert was responsible for various aspects of the company's operations and played a key role in its growth.

From 2007 to 2009, Hale served as the Senior Vice President at Wyndham Worldwide, overseeing the development of timeshare and company-owned hotels nationwide. Robert restructured the team, streamlining processes, and adding accountability and structure.

In 2010, Hale founded Hale Management Services, LLC, serving as the Managing Partner until 2013. Robert then joined Acomb Ostendorf & Associates (AOA) as a Project Executive, working on various projects until 2018.

In 2018, Hale took on the role of Principal Owner at E&A Development Consultants LLC before joining BRE Hotels and Resorts as the Vice President of Development later that year.
