Ganesh Betageri has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and has worked for various companies like Breach Insurance, KDC Dental Acaademy, DevNetwork, EMTECH, Visa, SpringSource, Wells Fargo, HCL Technologies, and Infoteq. Their recent role as the VP of Software Engineering at EMTECH involved heading the financial inclusion engineering solution, developing and designing the Digital Assets Platform (DAP), and creating fungible and non-fungible digital tokens. Ganesh has also worked as a Director of Engineering and an Engineering Manager at Visa, leading the online payments engineering team for delivering key features of SecureRemoteCommerce, digital wallets, blockchain, crypto, CBDC, microservices, Kubernetes, risk/fraud engine, and fraud detection and prevention for financial transactions. Ganesh has also served as a Lead Software Engineer/Architect at SpringSource and an Integration Architect at Wells Fargo. Ganesh has completed the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, they have attended MIT Professional Education, where they studied courses in Leadership and Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Chief Technology Officer. Ganesh has also pursued an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
