Ian Martin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Bread Alone Bakery and Chief Financial Officer at Hawthorne Foods, in addition to being a Co-Owner of Woodstock Meats. Previously, Ian held the role of CEO at Farm Ferments, a producer of premium fermented products. Ian's background includes significant positions at WTRMLN WTR, where responsibilities included Vice President of Strategy & Analysis and Director of Finance, and at Fig Food Company as Director of Finance and Operations. Ian's analytical skills were developed during time at AllianceBernstein and GE Energy Financial Services, as well as through an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.

We strive to create simple, honest breads and foods that we believe speak to the best in us. You can find our organic breads at grocery stores in the tri-state area, at farmers' markets in and around NYC, and at our 4 Hudson Valley cafes in Boiceville, Kingston, Rhinebeck, and Woodstock.
