Neal Drucquer is an experienced professional in facilities and maintenance management, currently serving as Vice President of Facilities and Maintenance at Bread Alone Bakery since June 2021, and previously holding the role of Project Manager at T & T Industrial and Premium Inspection Company. Neal also has a background as Maintenance Supervisor at ATC Drivetrain and Baker Hughes, overseeing maintenance in manufacturing settings, as well as holding positions coordinating maintenance for oil and gas drilling operations and managing capital improvement projects at Bar-S Foods Co. and Gimbal's Fine Candies. Additionally, Neal has extensive experience in production supervision, having built two production facilities during tenure at Monvera. Education includes studies at Diablo Valley College from 1988 to 1990 and attendance at Miramonte High School from 1984 to 1988.

Bread Alone is a family-owned, values-driven bakery. We have been baking organic breads following traditional methods since our first loaf in 1983, and we continue to do so today. We strive to create simple, honest breads and foods that we believe speak to the best in us. You can find our organic breads at grocery stores in the tri-state area, at farmers' markets in and around NYC, and at our 4 Hudson Valley cafes in Boiceville, Kingston, Rhinebeck, and Woodstock.
