Chris Lauderback is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer care operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care at Bread Financial since March 2022, Chris oversees customer care operations across the United States, focusing on customer experience, KPI metrics, compliance, client management, and staff development. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Alliance Data from April 1995 to March 2022, including Vice President of Customer Care, where responsibilities spanned customer care operations in multiple Ohio facilities and leadership roles for B2B teams and business support. Chris's career in customer care started with foundational roles including Operations Manager and Customer Care Supervisor, culminating in significant leadership positions managing large teams and complex customer inquiries. In addition, Chris serves as Executive Editor for Eleven Warriors since November 2006. Chris is an alumnus of The Ohio State University and Gahanna-Lincoln.
