Pramada Kolichala

Pramada Kolichala is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Couchbase since October 2022 and as an Engineering Manager at Bread since August 2021, Pramada focuses on building and supporting merchant APIs within a microservices architecture. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager and Architect at Synamedia, and Sr. Technical Leader at Cisco, where significant contributions included developing the Cisco Media Segment Recorder and the JAVA-based Explorer Control Suite, optimizing operations for a wide range of hardware devices. Earlier experience as a Staff Software Engineer at Scientific Atlanta further solidifies a strong foundation in software development. Pramada holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.
