Ali Jost, LICSW, is a co-founder of Rooting Resilience, a collective focused on culturally competent mental health and wellness training. As Behavioral Health Integration Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Bread for the City, Ali oversees trauma-informed behavioral health services for over 600 patients annually, managing clinical operations and program outcomes. Ali also serves as a professional life and career coach at Rising Tide Coaching, helping clients identify goals and overcome barriers. Previous experience includes providing therapy at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and supporting victims of trafficking at Polaris.
