Ron Katarzynski

Ron Katarzynski has a wealth of experience in the baking industry. Ron began their career in 2007 as Vice President of Fresh Sales at Highland Baking Company, where they managed a team of 8 salespeople and 19 routes. In 2015, they took on the role of Vice President of Business Development at Poppie's Dough, a wholesale gourmet bakery. In 2016, they moved to Alpha Baking Co. Inc. as Vice President of Business Development, and in 2017 they became Vice President of Sales at ButterCrumb Bakery. In 2019, they took on the role of Assistant Coach at Aurora University. In 2020, they became President of KatCrew LLC, and in 2022 they were appointed National Sales Manager at Bread Man Baking Company.

Ron Katarzynski began their educational journey in 1984 when they attended Lewis University and obtained a B.A. in Marketing in 1988. In 1992, they attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chicago and obtained a degree in Pastry in 1993. In 2006, Ron obtained a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative from Level one out of three, and they also hold a Baking and Pastry certification.
