Robert Goodreau serves as the Head of Tax at Balance Partners since December 2022 and is a Board Member of the Board of Directors at Bread of Life since February 2022. Additionally, Robert has been an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Medtronic from April 2011 to December 2022, where Robert held the positions of Global Tax Director for Mergers and Acquisitions and Director of Global Tax Planning, overseeing tax-related aspects of corporate transactions. Previous roles also include Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Staff Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Robert holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a JD from New England Law | Boston, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Suffolk University.
