Alicia Cedeno Leon is an experienced retail manager with a strong background in bakery operations. Currently serving as Store Manager at Breads Bakery since August 2021, Alicia has successfully led the launch and management of two new locations while overseeing employee scheduling in line with budget requirements. Prior experience includes Assistant Store Manager at Levain Bakery, where Alicia managed daily operations and the production of baked goods, and Lead Supervisor at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, focusing on team supervision and staff training. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brooklyn College and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from LaGuardia Community College.
