Breads Bakery
Justin Seegmiller began their work experience in 2012 as a Server at Princess Cruises, where they worked until 2014. In 2013, they joined Breads Bakery as a Store Manager and later became the Director of Operations in 2022. In 2016, Justin worked as a Line Cook at Glasserie for a few months.
Justin Seegmiller earned a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from Salt Lake Community College between 2009 and 2012.

Breads Bakery™ is a New York bakery dedicated to producing handmade breads using traditional baking techniques. We are passionate and take great pride in our craft and products, selecting only the finest ingredients and, when possible, using natural and organic ingredients. At Breads, we value the community established through our employees, customers, and city; from our efforts to become a zero waste facility to our own rooftop bee hives, we are always striving to improve in a meaningful way.
