Juley Fulcher is an accomplished educator and advocate specializing in women's rights and domestic violence policy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University since August 2006, Juley teaches a course on "Sexual Politics" within the Women's Studies Program. In addition, Juley has been the Director of Public Policy & Legal Services at Break the Cycle since January 2004. Previous roles include leadership positions such as Board Chair of the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Director of Public Policy for the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where Juley oversaw significant legislative efforts. Juley's academic contributions span various institutions, including Towson University and American University, focusing on psychology and government issues related to violence against women. Juley holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and advanced degrees in Social Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University.

Break the Cycle is a former national nonprofit organization whose mission was to inspire and support young people to build healthy relationships and create a culture without abuse.
