Amanda O’Donnell

Amanda O'Donnell is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology, finance, and social impact. As the Virtual Site Director for the Break Through Tech AI Program at Cornell Tech since September 2022, Amanda is dedicated to empowering underrepresented groups in tech. Amanda also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Harmony Labs, contributing to media system reform. As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Mouse, Amanda focuses on preparing historically excluded youth for tech roles. Previously, Amanda held the role of Chief Operations Officer at VoteRunLead, advocating for women's political power. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Women Advancing Microfinance International and ReflectUS, as well as leadership positions in finance at Intersection Co. and Control Group. Amanda holds an advanced degree from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
