Rosemary Akpan is a dedicated academic and volunteer currently pursuing a PhD in History at Marquette University, while also serving as a Teaching Assistant. Prior experience includes volunteering with Break and BudgIT Nigeria as a Community Champion Volunteer, and working at Evangel University Akaeze as a Research and Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities included developing course materials and leading seminars in the History and International Studies department. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a volunteer position with Executive Helping Initiative. Rosemary began a career in education at Unique Foundation Academy, teaching primary classes and focusing on creating engaging learning environments. Rosemary holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Governance and Global Development from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from Evangel University Akaeze.
