Andy Bokalders

Andy Bokalders has a strong background in the energy industry, with extensive experience in operations, sales, pricing, and risk analysis.

Andy currently serves as the Director of Operations at breakerbox, a position they have held since September 2019.

Prior to this role, Andy worked as the Executive Vice President at Bridge Power Consulting from June 2018 to September 2019.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at ENGIE Resources, focusing on business development and energy procurement for large commercial and industrial customers in the Midwest region.

Before that, Andy was a Principal Pricing Analyst at Constellation from April 2012 to March 2016, where they provided pricing analysis and expertise for energy products.

Andy also has experience at NextEra Energy Resources, where they served as a Senior Associate in origination from January 2009 to December 2011. In this role, they led energy RFPs and managed a team of senior marketers.

Prior to that, Andy worked at FPL Energy as a Sr Financial Analyst and Sr Trading Risk Analyst, where they managed structured electricity transactions, executed hedge strategies, and reported on risk analysis. Andy also served as a Customer Project Manager at FPL Energy. Andy worked at FPL Energy from June 2003 to January 2009.

Andy Bokalders obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Illinois State University from 1998 to 2001.
