Daniel Germain is a prominent leader and founder in the field of children's advocacy and community support. Currently serving as the Leader of International Children’s Day and Founder of The Children’s Hour Foundation since November 2022, Germain also has a long-standing relationship with Breakfast Club of Canada, which started as Club des petits déjeuners in November 1994, where Germain played a pivotal role as both Founder and President in expanding its mission nationally to provide nutritious breakfasts to over 250,000 children across Canada. Between 2012 and 2015, Germain founded L'Heure des enfants - Children's Hour, an initiative aimed at celebrating academic achievements while supporting schools with fundraising efforts. Additionally, Germain founded the Montreal Millennium Summit from 2006 to 2010, an annual event that brought together influential figures such as Bill Clinton and Al Gore to address and promote awareness of the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals.
