Élise Parent, M.Sc., CRHA, currently serves as a Senior Advisor in Human Resources at Breakfast Club of Canada since May 2023. Prior to this role, Élise held various positions in human resources and organizational development, including Advisor at CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest, where responsibilities spanned from organizational development to personnel management from November 2018 to May 2023. Élise's career began at the Société du parc Jean-Drapeau and included roles at RTL Longueuil and CRDITEDME, focusing on training and personnel management. An academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and coursework in Work Psychology from UQAM and Université TÉLUQ.
