Roger T. Duguay

Roger T. Duguay has a diverse and impressive work experience. Roger T. has served as the Global Practice Leader for CEO & Board Services at Boyden, where they helped boards select CEOs, expedite succession, and minimize leadership risk. Roger T. was also a Board Member and Secretary of the Board for Boyden in Canada. Additionally, Roger worked as the Managing Partner at Boyden, leading the executive search and talent advisory services globally.

Roger has also been involved in various board and advisory roles outside of Boyden. Roger T. was a Member of Anges Québec, an early-stage investment group, and a Board Member for PLUS1, an organization driving social change. Roger T. served as an Author for "Éviter les FAUX PAS à l'ère numérique" and "DEMARQUEZ-VOUS," books published by Les Editions La Presse.

Furthermore, Roger has been a Board Member and President of the HR & Governance Committee at C2 Montréal, an annual event exploring trends and opportunities in business.
