Julian California

Julian California is a versatile professional with experience in food and beverage service and technical consulting. Currently serving as a server at Breakfast Republic and Shore Rider since December 2021 and May 2021, respectively, Julian has honed skills as a front-of-house specialist. Prior roles include an energy consultant at Voltaic, where Julian engaged in door-to-door solar sales in Los Angeles, and a technical director for GRN & WLD, contributing to the growth of the organization's online presence and educational offerings. Additionally, Julian co-founded Deviant Creatives, a subscription-based art service, and served as a design fellow at Design for America, where Julian facilitated workshops to empower university students in addressing social challenges. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, obtained in 2013.
