The Programme Management team at Breaking Barriers is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various initiatives aimed at integrating refugees into the workforce. This team manages the delivery of one-to-one advice, education, and training programs, ensuring that each initiative is executed effectively across different regions. They work closely with both refugees and business partners to maintain high standards of service and facilitate successful, meaningful employment opportunities for refugees.
