The Philanthropy and Fundraising team at Breaking Barriers is responsible for generating financial support and fostering partnerships to sustain and grow the charity’s mission of enabling refugee employment and integration. This team engages with individual donors, businesses, trusts, and public entities to secure funding, manage donor relations, and design fundraising campaigns. They create strategic alliances with corporate partners, oversee philanthropic initiatives, and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals to maximize social impact.
