Anna Maybank

Anna Maybank is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with significant experience in shaping the future of work. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Breakroom since February 2020, Anna focuses on assisting frontline workers in finding optimal job opportunities while aiding employers in creating excellent work environments. Prior to Breakroom, Anna co-founded Better Work Lab, where the mission centered on defining modern workplace dynamics. Anna's previous roles include Product management at Condé Nast and Co-founder and CEO of Poetica, which was later acquired by Condé Nast. Anna's entrepreneurial journey began as Co-founder and Managing Director at Bethnal Green Ventures. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Modern History and Politics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, where Anna was a UK-US Fulbright Scholar.
