In 2020, Alex participated in the Octane Non-Profit Accelerator Program, where they focused on Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, and Leadership Development. Prior to their university education, Alex studied at Santa Ana College from 2006 to 2009, receiving an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
