Allegra Kowalewski-Ferreira

Allegra Kowalewski-Ferreira is a Partner at Breakthrough Energy Ventures since March 2021, focusing on investments that aim to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions globally. Kowalewski-Ferreira is involved in various company-building efforts across multiple organizations, including Mantle8, M2X Energy Inc., Ecocem Global, Bloom Biorenewables, and Circ®, all dedicated to innovative energy solutions. Additionally, Kowalewski-Ferreira serves as a Board Member for H2SITE, which specializes in hydrogen separation technology, and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Blue World Technologies, which develops high-temperature PEM fuel cells. Kowalewski-Ferreira has previous experience as an Investor at AEye, Inc. and has pursued extensive education, including a Bachelor and Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School, executive training at Harvard Business School and LSE, and ongoing studies at the University of Exeter focused on climate change solutions.
