Gia C. Maxwell

Gia C. Maxwell possesses extensive experience in educational roles, currently serving as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Breakthrough Miami since 2017, alongside previous positions as Site Director and Associate Site Director. Prior experience includes serving as a Language Arts Teacher with Broward County Public Schools from August 2015 to August 2017 and as an English Teacher with Leon County Public Schools from July 2012 to 2015. Gia's career began at Breakthrough Miami as a Teacher from 2012 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida State University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Florida State University (2009-2012).
