Erin Wood

Erin Wood is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Breakthrough Properties since June 2023, focusing on fostering innovation within the life science real estate sector. Previously, Erin held roles as a Senior Recruiter at Earnest Analytics and Latch, where responsibilities included leading recruitment for all company roles and managing various levels of recruitment across sales, marketing, and operations, respectively. Early career experience includes positions at Latch as a Recruiter during a significant organizational transition and at Success Academy Charter Schools in various recruitment roles. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Penn State University and attended the IAU Institute for American Universities in 2015.
