Filip Stojcevski is an accomplished professional in aerospace engineering with extensive experience in research, entrepreneurship, and academia. Currently serving as Associate Director at Breakthrough Victoria, Filip previously worked as a Space Structures Researcher at the Defence Science and Technology Group and founded JUC Surf, Australia's first recycler of carbon fiber and creator of recycled carbon fiber surfboards. At the Institute for Frontier Materials, Filip conducted research on composite material recycling and modifications for various applications. With a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honors from RMIT University, and currently pursuing an MBA at Melbourne Business School, Filip combines technical expertise with business acumen.
