Melissa Rosa has a diverse range of customer service and coordination experience, currently serving as a Budtender at Breakwater Treatment & Wellness since July 2020. Previous roles include Flight Coordinator at FLY DENALI INC, Guest Service Representative and Barista positions at Holland America - Princess, and various customer service roles, such as Barista at Starbucks and Customer Service Representative for ETS. Melissa has also interned at TerraCycle, focusing on zero waste initiatives, and held a Welcome Desk Attendant position at McDaniel College, where responsibilities included managing guest interactions and information dissemination. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy from McDaniel College.
