David Mayeron

David Mayeron, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently holds the position of Director - Quantitative Analytics at Brean Capital, LLC since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President - Risk Analytics at Wells Fargo from May 2019 to June 2021. From August 2015 to April 2019, David served as Vice President - Quantitative Research at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Before that, they held the role of Vice President - Interest Rate Swaps Trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from September 2003 to June 2014. In 2002, they worked as a Senior Analyst - Mortgage Trading at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. David also has experience as an Equity Trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from April 2001 to December 2002. David started their career as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Equity Office Properties Trust in November 1997, where they worked until April 2001.

David Mayeron, CFA has a strong educational background in the field of finance and real estate. David obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Risk Management & Insurance from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. David furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, completing their studies in 1996. David also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, Investments & Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, studying from 1995 to 1997.

In addition to their academic achievements, David Mayeron obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in September 2002.
