Anna-Karin Hessfelt

Anna-Karin Hessfelt currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director for Total Rewards and Business Partner in Sweden at Breas Medical, a position held since October 2023. In this role, Anna-Karin is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies globally, as well as supporting the entire employee lifecycle in Sweden. Prior to this, Anna-Karin worked at Mölnlycke from October 2017, holding various positions including People Experience Operations Manager for Northern Europe and HR Manager for Compliance & Employee Relations. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Wärtsilä from March 2015 to September 2017.
