Anna-Karin Hessfelt currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director for Total Rewards and Business Partner in Sweden at Breas Medical, a position held since October 2023. In this role, Anna-Karin is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies globally, as well as supporting the entire employee lifecycle in Sweden.
