Catherine Wood

Catherine Wood has extensive experience in healthcare support and engagement, primarily at Breast Cancer Now since January 2012, where roles have included Head of Healthcare Professional Support and Engagement, Head of Patient Experience, and Head of Services Improvement. In these capacities, Catherine leads initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer. Previous positions include Health Advocacy Manager, overseeing patient involvement and service improvement initiatives, and Senior Involvement Officer, managing patient experience improvement programs. Catherine's earlier career includes roles at Red Door Communications as an Account Manager, Chandler Chicco Agency as a Communications Consultant, and Medicus International as an Account Manager, accumulating significant expertise in project management, client liaison, and communications strategy. Catherine holds a BSc in Biology from the University of York.
