Lucy Barker

Lucy Barker is the Founder and Director of Human Nature HR, a consultancy that provides HR services to diverse businesses, since December 2019. Additionally, Lucy serves as a Bloom Mentor and Bloom Exchange Mentor at Bloom UK, participating in innovative cross-mentoring initiatives aimed at engaging men in the gender debate since February 2021. Lucy is also an Accredited Partner with Breathe HR since December 2020 and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) since June 2007. Previously, from May 1997 to January 2020, Lucy held various roles at Rufus Leonard, culminating in the position of Director of People & Culture, where a structured approach to the People strategy was developed to support business growth while maintaining cultural integrity and alignment with company goals.
