Thomas Yu

Thomas Yu has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the technology and gaming industry. Thomas currently holds the position of COO at Breathwrk Inc., where they are responsible for the overall operations. Prior to this, they served as the Head Of Operations and Head of Data and Analytics at the same company.

In 2022, they worked as an Advisor for Solar Blaze.

From 2019 to 2020, Thomas was the CEO of North America at 17LIVE Inc., where they successfully expanded the team, increased the number of content creators and daily active users, and achieved significant revenue growth.

Before that, they co-founded and served as CEO of Openlyfe in 2018 and worked as Head of Growth at Golden Rat Studios in 2017. In 2016, they co-founded and served as CEO of Heightens Media.

From 2014 to 2016, Thomas worked at Zynga as Senior Director of Business Operations, overseeing the expansion of the Casino Division and Match 3 Division. Thomas also managed key partnerships and licensing deals with high-value brands.

Prior to that, they co-founded and served as CEO of Playsaurus Inc. from 2011 to 2014.

In 2012, they served as General Manager at Causely, Inc.

Thomas began their career in the gaming industry as a Lead Software Engineer at Meteor Games LLC from 2009 to 2010.

Thomas Yu attended UCLA from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
