Pawan Kotharkar is a brand designer and the founder of Breaver Studios, a creative studio specializing in brand strategy and brand identity design. They worked as a Freelance Brand Designer from 2024 to 2025. They served as Branding Executive at MARC (2023–2024) and as People Operations Executive at SparkPlus Technologies (2021–2022). They were the co-host and content producer for The Weekend Stories Podcast in 2022, and earlier completed an HR internship at Indoco Remedies in 2019 and managed delegates at Vibrant Goa in 2019. They studied at Goa University from 2018 to 2021.
