Andres Gaviria

Andres Gaviria has a strong background in talent management and executive search. Andres currently holds the position of VP Talento Corporativo at BRECA, a role they started in October 2023. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Korn Ferry, where they held various senior positions including Managing Partner and Senior Client Partner. Andres also served as Client Partner and Office Manager at Korn Ferry's branches in Lima, Peru and Ecuador. Before joining Korn Ferry, Andres worked at Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Associate in Brazil and Associate in Colombia. Andres began their career at Korn Ferry International as a Research Associate and later held the role of Junior Associate.

Andres Gaviria completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CESA between 1997 and 2001. Andres later pursued a Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change, focusing on Change Management, from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford from 2011 to 2012.
