Kirk Stephens, CRCM, is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the financial and regulatory compliance field. Kirk currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer - SVP at Steamboat Group, where Kirk manages risk management regulatory and compliance services for banks and mortgage lenders. Prior to their current role, Kirk worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for over two decades, where Kirk held roles such as Special Assistant to the Sr. Deputy Director, Case Manager, and Bank Examiner specializing in Risk Management. Kirk holds a BBA in Finance/Economics from Marshall University and has completed graduate programs in organizational leadership, banking, and financial support services.
