Adam Stern

Adam Stern is currently the Director of Municipal Research at Breckinridge Capital Advisors. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial & Policy Analyst at the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities and as an Analyst at Economics Research Associates. Adam holds a J.D. with a concentration in tax and financial law from the University of Connecticut School of Law, an M.P.A. in Public Finance from Syracuse University, and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
