Tom Vauthier

Tom Vauthier has an extensive background in arbitration and litigation, having served as an Associate at Bredin Prat from October 2011 to December 2020, and as a Partner at the same firm starting in January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Foreign Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, and as a stagiaire in various fields such as Energy, Infrastructure, and Competition Law at notable firms including Herbert Smith and Allen & Overy. Tom's legal training is complemented by summer trainee positions at Sanofi-Aventis and the French Ministry of Industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po, a Master’s degree from both Sciences Po and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, a law degree from McGill University, and completion of the Bar at Paris Bar School.
