Genady Rabinovich is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in construction management. Currently managing projects at Breeden Construction and Hourigan since September 2022 and August 2020 respectively, Rabinovich has successfully overseen significant developments including a 13-story Hyatt Hotel and a 7-story Moxy Hotel at Virginia Beach oceanfront. Prior experience includes leading a 439-unit residential building project at National Stadium in Washington, D.C., while at Lendlease from June 2015 to July 2020. With a career spanning over three decades, Rabinovich has held key positions at multiple firms, including Rigmora Holding Limited and Lend Lease Construction US, and has foundational experience as a CAD operator/designer and field engineer. Rabinovich holds an Engineer's Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Saint Petersburg University of Transport and an Associate's Degree in Residential and Industrial Construction from Polytechnic College in Sochi, Russia.
