Jak Knelman

Jak Knelman is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the General Manager of Business Development at Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. since August 2022. Knelman has extensive experience in the thoroughbred racing industry, holding positions such as Board Member for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships since September 2018 and Director of Sales at Calumet Farm from October 2015 to January 2020. Prior to these roles, Knelman worked in origination at National Grid Renewables from January 2020 to August 2022 and served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Doug Cauthen Thoroughbred Management from 2013 to 2015. Knelman earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College after studying at Colgate University.
