Todd Sparks

Todd Sparks is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Breeders’ Cup Limited since June 2002, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of the organization's technology needs and overseeing daily help desk operations. Previously, Todd worked as a Contract Developer with TEKsystems from 2002 to 2006, focusing on development projects for the Department of Public Advocacy, and served as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Kelco, Inc. from 1998 to 2002, where Todd managed Access databases for Viatical/Life Settlements business operations. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University, earned in 1998.
