Hayden Lister

Hayden Lister is an experienced professional in the field of quantity surveying, currently serving as the Managing Quantity Surveyor for Breedon Group plc since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lister held the position of Managing Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac from November 2017 to January 2024. Career progression includes roles at JN Bentley Ltd as Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor, as well as experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor at VHE Construction plc and Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac. Lister holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Beckett University, attained between 2003 and 2009.
