James Haluch

James joined Breedon in March 2021 as Managing Director of the Group’s GB Contracting division. James joined the Group from Amey, where he was most recently Managing Director of Highways & Waste Collections. James has 30 years of experience in the contracting and highway services industry, including senior positions with Mouchel and EM (Kier) Highway Services, where he established and led the strategic highways business.
