Mike Young Frics Fiq

Mike Young FRICS FIQ is a seasoned professional in land and mineral resources management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Land & Mineral Resources Director at Breedon Group plc since October 2018, Mike previously held leadership roles at George F White as Partner and Head of Commercial, and at Hope Construction Materials Limited as Head of Land & Mineral Resources, where strategic development and stakeholder value maximization were key focuses. Mike's prior positions include Senior Estates Manager at Tarmac, Group Estates Manager at HJ Banks & Company Limited, and various roles in property management and mineral surveying, including at Tarmac Quarry Products Limited and CROUCH MINING LIMITED. An alumnus of the University of South Wales, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science BSc (Honours) in Surveying for Resource Development.
