Tim Copping CMgr MCMI is an experienced leader in operational technology and digital transformation, currently serving as Head of Operational Technology at Breedon Group plc since June 2023. In this role, Tim is responsible for modernising operations through digital strategies that align with business objectives. Previously, Tim held senior positions at Finning UK & Ireland as Performance Solutions Business Manager, where responsibilities included delivering technology solutions for the quarrying and construction sectors, and at Tarmac, where various roles included Digital Self-serve Programme Manager and Logistics Excellence Programme Manager, driving significant digital transformations. With a solid background in technology and project management from earlier roles at Lafarge Tarmac and Tarmac Limited, Tim has a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and enhancing customer experiences. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybernetics and Virtual Systems from the University of Bradford.
