Pauline Chau

A lawyer specialised in VC transactions, Pauline joined Breega in 2017 in order to work more closely with startups on with their legal and financing issues.

Pauline graduated from HEC Paris in 2012 and was admitted to the Paris Bar soon after. She began her career at top tier French law firm, Gide Loyrette Nouel. As a lawyer, she advised VC and LBO investment funds in their investments, acquisitions and divestments in non-listed French companies. Joining Breega allowed her to gain a broader view of investment transactions, fund management, and startup financing challenges. She is now in charge of financing and legal issues for Breega, its funds and its companies.
