Joris van Doorninck

Joris van Doorninck has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they co-founded Breeze.social and currently serves as the CEO. Joris also joined Founders Pledge in 2023 as a Pledger, where they are part of a global community of entrepreneurs committed to donating proceeds to social causes. In 2019, Joris interned at Plug and Play Tech Center, assisting with due diligence in health startups. Joris was also a co-founder of Centr, an entrepreneurial collective, in 2019. Prior to this, Joris was the Managing Director at De Kleine Consultant in 2018. Joris interned at Fabrique in the same year, gaining experience in Scrum, Lean Innovation, Digital Strategy, and Branding. Joris held multiple roles at De Kleine Consultant, including Director and Consultant in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Joris also served as the Head Teacher at Stichting Studiebegeleiding Leiden from 2015 to 2018. Joris was a member of the Business Tour Committee at Delftsch Studenten Corps from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Student Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft in 2017.

Joris van Doorninck has a strong educational background in the field of design and engineering. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Product Design at Delft University of Technology. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering at the same institution from 2013 to 2016. Joris'searlier education includes their time at Gymnasium Bernrode, where they studied Profiel Natuurkunde en Techniek & Natuurkunde en Gezondheid, leading to a VWO degree from 2007 to 2013.
