Dom M. is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in building and expanding recruitment functions for startups and established companies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Breeze since August 2025, Dom specializes in international talent acquisition. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition at Snap Inc., and Talent Partner at Moonhub, where expertise in sourcing top talent for go-to-market and tech roles was developed. As a founding member at FORWARD Platform, Dom built the recruiting function from the ground up. Earlier experience includes a Senior Recruiter role at Flexe, where strategic advisory to leadership and expertise in market trends were key contributions, and a multifaceted leadership position at BeginRight Employment Services. Dom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from the University of Oregon.
