Taylor Kerkering

Taylor Kerkering is currently serving as an HRIS Analyst II at Breeze Airways™ since November 2025. Previously, Taylor held various roles at Columbia Sportswear Company from June 2018 to November 2025, including Technical Workday Administrator, Workday HCM Functional Business Analyst, and HRIS Coordinator II. Key achievements include administering Workday HCM processes globally, leading the configuration of Workday’s Request Framework, and supporting the implementation of Workday across multiple countries, positively impacting over 10,000 employees. Taylor possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University and an Associate of Science Oregon Transfer-Business from Portland Community College.
