Michael MacLaren is an accomplished operations executive with a robust career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Breeze-Eastern LLC since January 2024, Michael previously held the position of Director of Operations at HUBER+SUHNER from May 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing aerospace and defense operations, overseeing multiple sites, and setting financial targets. As a founding partner at MPI from August 2008 to April 2019, Michael was pivotal in transforming a startup into a successful revenue-generating business. Additionally, Michael has experience from roles at DG3, Marange, and MM Direct, where contributions included building operations, streamlining processes, and improving efficiencies. Michael holds a Supply Chain Management Certification from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Fordham University.
